You may pay the full amount online as well at the same time or pay the remainder in person via cash, bank or credit card. We do not keep cash on the premises for security reasons. HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR TREATMENT?

On the day of your appointment, it's best that you shower in preparation of your therapy session so that your body can receive the beneficial oils with clean skin.

WHY AM I SORE AFTER MY MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY SESSION?

Following a true deep tissue massage, you may feel sore and tender the day after treatment, which subsides and is fully gone after 2-3 days. The reason this occurs is because various degrees of trauma are created to as a corrective measure to the musculature & fascia that was so tight prior to the massage. Muscles that have become tight have a degree of fibrosing to them, which the deep tissue massage removes after a lot of cross-fiber stripping of the musculature and extra pressure where needed. As the tenderness subsides, you'll be feeling a whole lot less restricted!
