**Guided Self-Lymphatic Drainage Session** $81 ($75 + 8% OH Tax) This 30-minute virtual session over Google Meet is designed to help you learn safe, gentle self-lymphatic drainage techniques from the comfort of your own home. Through live video guidance, Valerie will walk you through simple, appropriate lymphatic drainage movements based on your areas of concern and your current needs. This session may be helpful for clients managing swelling, heaviness, fluid retention, post-surgical changes, lymphedema, lipedema, inflammation or general lymphatic congestion. You will receive real-time instruction on hand placement, pressure, direction and pacing so you can feel more confident supporting your lymphatic system between professional treatments. Guided self-drainage can be especially helpful for clients who need ongoing support but are unable to come in as often, are traveling, are between appointments or would like to better understand how to care for their lymphatic system at home. The goal is to keep the techniques simple, gentle and realistic so they can become part of your personal self-care routine. This appointment is educational and supportive in nature. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis or hands-on Manual Lymphatic Drainage, but it can be a valuable tool for ongoing lymphatic self-care.
